Ron Reeser is a West Coast DJ/producer who signed to Ultra Music in 2009, his single, “City of Kings” on Sea To Sun Recordings is currently rocking radio airwaves nationally, and previous single “Everything” feat. Myah topped the charts on Sirius Radio’s BPM as the Number 1 most played song in a month, and ranked 2nd most played artist next to Kaskade. Recent remixes include Adele, Gotye, Kaskade, Ellie Goulding, Nadia Ali, Deadmau5, Flo-Rida, Lights, and Maroon 5. In addition, Reeser hit the charts again with his his latest remix of Deadmau5’s “Raise Your Weapon” & Jes’s “Awaken” holding regular rotation and the #1 Spot on BPM, America’s leading dance station in July/August 2011. In 2013 he signed to Circle Talent and has current releases and collaborations w/ Luciana on Vicious Records (Australia) and Juicy Music (Miami) home to Label boss Robbie Rivera. Warren Russell-Smith is a Grammy Award-winning engineer who has worked on many iconic artists with credits that include The Rolling Stones, Woody Guthrie, New Kids On The Block, Fugazi, Rockstar Games, Minor Threat, Richie Havens, Tim Buckley, The Mamas & The Papas, Tom Morello, Lou Reed, Jackson Browne, HBO, Dischord Records, Rounder Records and many more. Warren has gathered a wide range of knowledge and experience from across the audio industry. Originally from the UK, Warren comes fresh off of the New York City circuit, where has spent the last seven years working out of the legendary ‘Magic Shop Recording Studios‘, where as chief engineer has mastered, mixed and restored audio for numerous important performances while churning out indie masters for the Brooklyn masses.
PJ Sledge is a producer and DJ from New York, who has risen through the ranks quickly with his clever remixes and energetic DJ sets including a recent appearance at Boiler Room LA 19 under the moniker ‘Colta’ along with an eclectic set at Low End Theory. His music has been played by House giants Ben Mono and Dirty Bird DJs to Bass producers Two Fresh, Flufftronix and Djemba Djemba, receiving support from labels including as Mad Decent, Soulections, Madtech, and Friends of Friends. PJ has also shared the stage with BBC Radio One Essential Mix participant Pearson Sound, Riton, Shigeto of ghostly international, Bok Bok, Questlove plus a slew of other world class acts. Now PJ is not only creating heavy dance floor originals and remixes on his own, but also as part of a talented group of producers known as ‘Team Supreme‘ who have taken LA by storm. Somehow PJ still finds time to co-run house label R2M Records.
Claudia Mills is a topline writer, vocal producer and artist currently signed with BMG Chrysalis. She had her first cut at just 16 years old on the UK No 3 album ‘Headlines’ – The Saturdays (Geffen / UK) and numerous cuts in the very lucrative SE Asian market with acts such as M1/M2 and f (x) on SM Entertainment/Korea. Having written with Printz Board (Black Eyed Peas), David Gamson (Kelly Clarkson / Adam Lambert) and Quiz Larossi (Coverdrive/Kelly Clarkson), Ed Drewett (One Direction, The Wanted) as well as many other prolific producer/songwriters worldwide, Claudia has a lot of experience and a specialized knowledge of music publishing and business. She has worked with companies such as Warner Brothers and Hitcher Music for music synch and licensing and continues to expand her skills of pitching in the modern day industry while maintaining a reputable name for herself within songwriting.
Mike Parvizi is an prolific bassist, producer, DJ, and session player originally from San Francisco. He graduated from San Francisco School of the Arts as an upright bass performance and composition major, and took classes at the SF Conservatory of Music before moving to Los Angeles in 2008. Parvizi has toured nationally with Virtual Boy as their live bass player. His bass playing has been featured on releases from numerous Alpha Pup Records artists (Great Dane, Dot, Virtual Boy). Parvizi has also released solo productions on Alpha Pup Records and 1320 Records. He produces as *papi* on the weekly TeamSupreme mix-tapes, and DJs at their monthly event at The Echo. He is also 1/2 of Penthouse Penthouse – an electric soul duo that has shared the stage with Com Truise and XXYYXX, and was recently played on BBC Radio 1. Parvizi has also produced commercial music for clients such as Michael Kors and Pfizer.
Adam Moseley started his career at Trident Studios in London in 1978 and helped build and lead an incredible team of producer/engineers including Flood, Alan Moulder, Mark ‘Spike’ Stent and Steve Osbourne, has worked with producers including Tom Dowd, Phil Ramone, Mike Stone, Mutt Lange, Rupert Hine, Terry Brown & Steve Lillywhite, & has enjoyed worldwide success with artists including Wolfmother, John Cale, U2, Nikka Costa, Lenny Kravitz, Lucybell, Roxette, Maxi Priest, Richard Marx, Galliano, The Cure, Kiss, Visage, Rush, Wet Wet Wet, Ketama & The Blow Monkeys. Adam is a producer known for his arrangement, instrumentation, and his ability to nurture, direct and achieve exceptional performances from the artists with whom he works, using his vast range of experience. Felix Wright is a highly acclaimed, influential and multi award-winning British producer, artist and DJ. Felix humbly holds a multi-platinum producer title, having sold in excess of 5 million records over a twenty year career. With global number one smashes like ‘Don’t You Want Me‘, he has been sampled by the likes of Madonna, Snoop Dogg & David Guetta. As a DJ, Felix was resident for legendary club night ‘DTPM’ at London’s End, and then Fabric, which at the time was unquestionably known for the best underground Deep House music in London. He has also performed at Ministry Of Sound, Hacienda, Heaven and even the Royal Albert Hall! Felix has released records on labels including Sony, Deconstruction and Hooj Tunes. After some time out to start a family he has relocated here in Los Angeles, and is working on his next album ‘Back In The Game’.
Don Grierson was originally a DJ in Australia before getting into promotion for acts including The Beatles. He has experience of International A&R, Promotion, Merchandising, Advertising and as VP of A&R with both EMIAmerica and Capitol/EMI signed and worked with hit acts including Kate Bush. Duran Duran, J. Geils Band, Kenny Rogers, Heart, Joe Cocker and Tina Turner. He was Snr. VP at Epic/Sony Records, signing and working with Celine Dion, Cheap Trick, Bad English, Living Colour, Indigo Girls. Departing Epic. Grierson created Drive Entertainment, a classic artist and niche market catalog exploitation and currently operates his own independent consultant company working with labels, artists and publishers, as well as being a music supervisor for independent films and a voting member of The Grammys and wrote the book, “It All Begins With The Music“!
Dan Whittemore is a music producer, mixer, engineer, and writer originally from Rochester, NY, and has been MTV’s ‘go-to’ mix engineer for live performance content for the past three years. His work with Pitbull, Paramore, Snoop Dogg, Fun, Wiz Khalifa, and Carly Rae Jepsen has been seen by millions of viewers worldwide on some of the most popular television shows in history. Having produced Tyler Robinson’s (from NBC’s The Voice) hit single, Pro Tools engineered for Fat Wreck Chords, mixed for Warner Bros Records, and written theme songs for Bravo! TV. Dan is extremely well versed in producing tracks, tracking, and mixing using Pro Tools HD. He brings a great deal of value to any session as a trained vocalist, trombonist, and drummer. When Dan isn’t in the producer’s chair, he is making entirely too much noise as the lead singer for Los Angeles based metal band, The Battle Royale.
Ryan Aicklen from Los Angeles formed The Collab Project and soon found himself touring the country, including the Muddy River Jam Festival alongside Alex B, scoring late night gigs for the Disco Biscuits, raging renegade sets at Rothbury, and lots more. His most recent collective began in 2010 and features current Headtron artist jOBOT. The collaboration, dubbed Continuum Live are to release their second EP late 2013 and continue to play at music festivals and clubs around the country. GRiDWORK is the premiere solo project and production work of Aicklen, and he’s just released his debut EP, Meld, in February of 2013. He has played the main stage at festivals such as Stilldream, Five Points Gathering, Lunacy Music Festival, and Lucidity Music festival, along with an expanding tour schedule spanning the country. Aicklen also works with two time Grammy nominee, Carmen Rizzo, as a remixer, tech, and producer.
Keith Dickerhofe is a genre breaking Producer/Performer playing venues from Carnegie Hall to the House of Blues. He’s been seen on stages as small as 20 and onto 7,000 as a DJ opening for The Roots, Big Boi, The Lords of Acid, Gym Class Heroes. He’s performed for the likes of for Grandmaster Flash, Stan Lee, Dan Akroyd, Daniel Lanios, Brian Blade, The Dropkick Murphys & Wheezer, and has represented Numark, Red Bull, Keith McMillen Instruments, Company 1, The Boston Tap Company and others. Pete Griffin is a Grammy-winning LA musician who has toured the world with artists as diverse as Zappa Plays Zappa, Dethklok, and Hanson. Pete realized it’s not enough to just be good at a musical instrument anymore, so became proficient with production and now produces and engineers sessions professionally. Having produced his own albums with fusion band Gryphon Labs and electronic project Captain Apathy, Pete knows what it’s like to wear many hats in the ever-changing modern music industry. Pete has worked with the biggest names in rock, jazz, metal, and pop, including Chick Corea, Steve Vai, Brendon Small, Stanley Clarke, Danny Carey, Edgar Winter, and many, many more. Pete studied jazz and classical while playing rock and blues all over Chicago. After obtaining a B.A. in Music from Northwestern, Pete moved to Los Angeles to become a professional bassist.
Stephanie Seimovich is a multi-faceted Swedish composer/performer/ DJ. Since 2000 she has DJ’ed around the USA, Sweden, Costa Rica and played at WMC in Miami several times under the name ‘DJ Shee’ or ‘Shee’. She started composing/producing her own music in 2001 and released an EP on Lefthouse Recordings label in 2008 called ‘Drifted’. She has frequently performed live electronics with William Close Collective. Stephanie is also well known in the music equipment industry where she has represented several leading manufacturers such as Ableton, Allen&Heath, Arturia, Focusrite, Native Instruments, Novation and many more. She held positions such as trade show presenter, tech support agent, and has been flown around the US to train music tech professionals and to be featured in tutorial videos.
Darren Burgos has been producing and releasing music here in Los Angeles for over 20 years on various labels around the world including Dragonfly, and Koyote. He started producing Electro, Synth Pop, and Industrial music in the late ’80s, then moved into Techno in the ’90s and ’00s. In 2000, he started producing and releasing Psychedelic Trance on some of the biggest labels of the time and traveled across the US and Mexico performing at Trance events. Today, now he’s mellowed, he leans towards Electro, House, New Disco, and Indie Pop. He’s one of the world’s most respected Logic experts, and has traveled the world with Apple demoing Logic to musicians, engineers, writers and producers in universities and trade shows. Darren also owns ’Vectorsound‘, a production, mixing, and mastering service very popular on the global electronic music circuit.
Dave Garnish was DJing on Don FM as DJ Flight at age sixteen while studying music at the BRIT School in London with the guitar being his first instrument. His multi-track engineering career began at Air Lyndhurst Hall, and then the EMI group which consisted of The Townhouse, Abbey Road, The Manor and Olympic Studios. Artists include Janet Jackson, Madonna, Bjork, All Saints and Massive Attack. Producers ranged from Andrew Lloyd Webber to Nellee Hooper. Until 2001 Dave beta-tested for Emagic Logic Audio before they sold to Apple, in the same year he signed a songwriting publishing deal with Universal Music UK and set up London club night ’BlaH’ performing as Alf Garnish. His most recent studio success is writing and a production on Friendly Fires’ ‘Live Those Days Tonight’, and in 2013 he was invited to join the founding circle of the Electronic Music Alliance in Los Angeles.
